Chris Adams is from Indian Trail, North Carolina, and is rejoining the Q2 staff for his fifth season in his role as quad tech. Since coming to Atlanta to attend Georgia Tech, Chris has competed with several world class ensembles including Odyssey Percussion Theatre, Terminus Atlanta Percussion, Palmetto Percussion, Spirit of Atlanta, Crossmen, and Atlanta Quest. After aging out with Quest, he became the inaugural quad tech for Q2 and discovered his passion for teaching.

Outside of the indoor marching space, Chris works as a software developer and spends his free time teaching the Pope High School drumline, working out, and enjoying life with his fiancee, Tess, and his dog, Monty.
